ability.ai provides AI Agents for digital marketing purposes on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription and Payments
4.1. Subscription Plans: We offer subscription plans ranging from $49/month to $399/month.
4.2. Free Plan: We offer a free plan with limited functionality, allowing users to create only one strategy and one research.
4.3. Payment: Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.4. Refunds: We offer full monthly refunds upon request if a user is notsatisfied with the product.

5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ability.ai and its licensors.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ability.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
